Insurance

Dr. Gutierrez does not accept or directly bill insurance on behalf of patients. This is often referred to as a “fee-for-service” structure. You can, however, file for reimbursement on your own. We are happy to provide a “superbill”upon request which will itemize and detail your expenses and should provide the information needed if you are filing for reimbursement.

Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your mental and physical health in order to construct a treatment plan, including medication management if appropriate.
